Below are a series of frequently asked questions about Digital Copy.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
A Digital Copy is an extra copy of the movie you bought on Blu-ray™/DVD disc that enables you to download or stream your movie to a computer, mobile device, or Internet-connected TV, Blu-ray™ player or set top box.
If your Blu-ray™ Disc or DVD has the "Digital Copy" logo on the back it will have either a Digital Copy disc inside of the box or a link to a Digital Copy web site. Follow the instructions on the insert inside of your box to redeem your Digital Copy using the disc or the web site.
Either insert the Digital Copy disc into your computer’s DVD drive or go to the web site specified on the Digital Copy insert inside of your Blu-ray™ Disc/DVD’s packaging. Insert your redemption code. Download or stream your Digital Copy.
To access Digital Copy on pocket BLU, simply download the app from pocketblu.com. Then, launch pocket BLU. In the application, select Digital Copy under the title you wish to redeem, click the Redeem button and type in the redemption code from your insert. The Digital Copy will automatically start downloading. Your pocket BLU Digital Copy does not prevent you from redeeming from the web site or from a Digital Copy disc.
You will find the Digital Copy redemption code on an insert inside of your Blu-ray™/DVD packaging.
Your Digital Copy redemption code can be used to access a Digital Copy of your movie with only one retailer.
There is no limit to the number of times you can watch your Digital Copy. You may watch your movie as much as you like.

An Internet connection is required for Digital Copy redemption. Please verify that you are connected to the Internet.
Ensure your drive has a DVD symbol; this is required to do the transfer of the Digital Copy. If you have a valid DVD drive, the disc should auto-play and a splash screen allowing Launch Digital Copy should automatically load. If the disc does not auto-play either your auto-run is disabled on your DVD-ROM drive or a third party DVD player application (e.g. PowerDVD) is preventing the auto-run. In this case, please follow these additional steps to manually load your menu: Go to My Computer > Double-Click the icon where your DVD Drive is displayed.
The Digital Copy web site works as follows:

No. In order for the Digital Copy code to be verified, you must be connected to the Internet. You only need to be connected when you first transfer the movie to your computer, not each time you watch your Digital Copy, unless you redeem with an On-Demand movie streaming service.
